Moon Ads

A growth consultancy

We don't sell marketing.
We solve growth problems.

This is not a portfolio. It is an argument about why businesses stall, and what it takes to move them.

fig. 1 the costume comes off

Most companies don't have a marketing problem. They have a growth problem wearing a marketing costume: a pricing flaw, a positioning gap, a leaking funnel, a product nobody was asked about. Ads amplify what already works. They cannot invent it. So before we spend a rupee of your budget, we find the real problem. That is the work.

Plainly · what we do

We find why growth stalled. Then we run what fixes it.

01Diagnose

Find the real problem in your numbers and your customers' words.

02Decide

Position, price, and sequence the fix, argued on paper.

03Execute

Run the campaigns, funnels, and content ourselves.

04Compound

Build the retention systems that make gains stay.

Yes, we execute. Media, creative, funnels, lifecycle: our own team ships the work. The diagnosis simply comes first, so the execution has something true to amplify.

Chapter 01 · The diagnosis

Growth stalls for a reason. Usually one of four.

I

The wrong people are hearing about you

Your message travels, but to buyers who were never going to buy. Reach without relevance is a cost, not a channel.

II

The right people hear the wrong story

You describe what you do. They need to hear why it matters to them, this quarter, in their words. Positioning is translation.

III

Interest arrives, revenue doesn't

Traffic climbs while conversion stands still. Somewhere between the click and the contract, trust is leaking. We find the crack.

IV

Growth happens, then evaporates

Customers come once and vanish. Acquisition without retention is a treadmill set slightly too fast. It exhausts companies.

Chapter 02 · Evidence

Three problems we were handed. What we actually found.

D2C skincare20259 months

They asked for better ads. Their unit economics were upside down.

The problem beneath

Every new customer lost money on first purchase, and nothing brought them back. More ad spend meant faster losses, delivered more efficiently.

The move

We rebuilt the offer around a replenishment cycle before touching a single campaign. Then, and only then, we scaled acquisition.

B2B SaaS20246 months

They asked for leads. They were invisible to the people who sign cheques.

The problem beneath

The product was priced and pitched to managers. The budget lived with directors, who had never heard the company's name.

The move

We repositioned the entire narrative one level up: from a tool that saves hours to a system that de-risks a department.

0% shorter sales cycle

Regional retail202412 months

They asked for a rebrand. Their best customers were already leaving.

The problem beneath

A new look would have been a fresh coat of paint on a door customers had stopped walking through. Retention was collapsing quietly.

The move

We interviewed the customers who left. What they told us became a service redesign, and only afterwards a brand worth announcing.

0% revenue growth, year one

Chapter 03 · The method

Four disciplines. One sequence. We never skip a step, and we never start at step four.

fig. 4 the only order that compounds

field noteNo skipping steps. Ever.
01

Diagnosis

Two weeks inside your numbers, your customers, and your funnel. We leave with the real problem, stated in one sentence you'll agree with.

02

Strategy

Positioning, pricing, and the order of operations. A written argument for where growth will come from, and what we will deliberately ignore.

03

Execution

Campaigns, content, and channels, built only after the first two steps have earned them. This is where most agencies begin. It's where we arrive.

04

Compounding

Measurement, retention, and iteration. Growth you keep is worth more than growth you rent. We build the systems that make it stay.

How we help

The disciplines, as services.

Brand strategy & identity

Positioning, naming, visual identity. The argument before the artwork.

Websites & Shopify

Design and development built to convert, not to decorate.

Performance marketing

Meta Ads and Google Ads, run against real unit economics.

Social media & content

Content creation with a point of view, not a posting calendar.

Photography & video

Campaign photography, video production, and commercial ads.

Campaigns & growth

Creative campaigns, conversion optimisation, growth consulting.

Chapter 04 · Who we are

A small firm, deliberately.

Moon Ads was founded on an uncomfortable observation: most marketing spend is a tax paid by companies that haven't found their real problem yet. We decided to be the firm that finds it.

We take on a handful of clients at a time. Every engagement is led by the people you meet on day one. We say no often: to briefs that start with the answer, to work we can't measure, to growth that won't survive us leaving.

If that sounds slow, it is. It is also why our clients stay.
P·1

The problem, stated honestly, is half the strategy.

P·2

Spend follows proof. Never the other way around.

P·3

If we can't measure it, we won't sell it to you.

P·4

Growth you keep beats growth you rent.

Chapter 05 · Thinking

Essays, not content.

Chapter 06 · Tools

Use these before you hire anyone. Including us.

Chapter 07 · Begin

Don't bring us a brief.
Bring us the problem.
